monodoc-manual software package provides compiled XML documentation from the Mono project, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install monodoc-manual
monodoc-manual is installed in your system.
Make ensure the monodoc-manual package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep monodoc-manual *
You will get with monodoc-manual package name, version, architecture and description in a table
